How do we share video files remotely?

We typically use cloud file sharing platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer for sharing files, but any other services which allows us to download your assets just fine. If the material is more than 1TB, or if you have slow internet connection you can also mail us a physical drive. Sometimes it’s the most convenient way. Soon we’ll also offer to option to upload your files directly on our server via our own private cloud, but that’s still something to look forward to.

We can communicate via email, Google Docs, or messaging apps like Slack or WhatsApp for quick updates. For the revisions we’ve implemented Frame.io into our workflow.

We’ll send you a preview link, where you can watch and leave time-stamped comments. Alternatively, you can send written notes with timestamps. Clear & specific feedback is what mostly helps to be fast and on point.

We treat all footage as confidential. Files are stored securely on encrypted drives and shared only via password-protected or private links. We can also sign NDAs if needed. 

Yes — we work with brand guidelines, reference videos, or previous projects to ensure a consistent look and feel. The more material you share upfront, the better I can match your vision.

As many are needed until you’re fully satisfied with the video. Usually our projects don’t take more than 2 revision rounds to be completely done. That’s why we offer 2 revision rounds for free with any of our services. Further revision rounds are cost additional +10% of the original agreed price for the project.

Once approved, we’ll export the final video in your required format and resolution and send it via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, then I’ll send you a link to directly download the file or files.

Yes, of course. We work mostly with Adobe software and we can collect and send over the After Effects and Premiere Pro project files if you need to retain the ability to change the project in the future. Sharing the project files is not included in the prices of our services and can be negotiated.
